JONESFIELD TOWNSHIP (AP) -- A Saginaw County community is getting a new main fire station with support from a nearly $1.4 million federal loan.
James Turner, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Michigan director for rural development, says a groundbreaking ceremony is planned for Monday on the facility for crews serving Jonesfield Township.
The agency's Community Facility loan program is helping fund the project.
