SAGINAW -- Saginaw Police have identified the city's latest shooting victim. On Decmeber 8 officers were dispatched to the area of S. 15th Street and Lapeer Avnue in the CIty of Saginaw for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers located Ike Liggins-Coleman, 28, suffering from apaprent gun shots wounds.
Medical personnel pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
