BAY CITY -- A Bay City man is charged with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl 17 times over the course of the year.
Charles View is facing 14 counts of first-degree and three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct against someone under the age of 13.
He's accused of assaulting the girl in Buena Vista Township.
He is being held in jail without bond.
