New restaurant set to join downtown Flint

FLINT -- Flint’s downtown business landscape is changing. The Table and Tap is getting back to the basics with a vision of the old Flint.

 House manager Rob McCullough gives NBC 25 a sneak peak into a restaurant with a local attitude.

The Table and Tap is set to open April 1st and serve barbeque a house a plethora of local brews.

"Food service is a good way to change the culture because you interact with the community everyday," said McCullough.

The Table and Tap is located behind the Flint Crepe Company and across the street from the Capitol Theater.
