DAVISON TOWNSHIP -- Davison Township Police and the Michigan State Police responded to multiple accidents that shut down both east- and westbound I-69 Thursday morning.

While out of the car, they were struck by another vehicle.

A second serious accident then occurred just a few hundred feet away from the original accident location.

The Michigan State Police are investigating this crash.

Everyone involved are in stable condition at local hospitals.
