FLINT -- Two suspects are arrested and charged in connection with a deadly shooting in Flint two weeks ago.

Jermaine Evans is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Curtis Thomas.

Jamar Evans is charged as an accesory to the crime.

Police say Thomas was shot in the head February fourth on Flint's north side on Seneca near Pasadena Avenue.
