FRANKENLUST TOWNSHIP -- Officials are leading a state-wide tour concerning making good energy decisions.

The group met today at Delta College.

It is the third of seven stops Michigan officials plan to make across the state.

Energy companies and organizations spoke to people about how they can make positive choices when it comes to alternative energy.

John Quakenbush, MPSC chairman told NBC 25 that "We had 2008 legislation which is on track, we're accomplishing the goals of that. But if we use 2013 as an information gathering year, that will set us up to guide our future."

The next public forum will be held in Kalamazoo on March 18th.
