SAGINAW -- Saginaw police have released the name of a man killed in a shooting yesterday near a community center.
Officials tell NBC 25 that 27-year-old Jovan Kimball was found shot to death around 2 p.m. in a parking lot on the 34-block of Russell Street on the city's south side.
Police say Kimball is the city's second homicide of the year.
No suspects are in custody.
