Michael Deshawn Baugard is being sought by the Michigan State Police
FLINT -- The Michigan State Police are looking for Michael Deshawn Baugard.
He is wanted for driving on a suspend license out of Mt. Morris, civil child neglect out of Genesee County, traffic warrant out of Burton PD, and felony for failure to register as a sex offender.
Baugard is a black male, born July 3, 1984
He has black hair, brown eyes, is 5' 6" tall and has a weight of 165 lbs.
He also has a tattoo on his upper right arm of a dragon, cancer sign 7-8-84.
A long quote about fear is on his left bicep.
It is unknown where he might be at this time.
