FLINT -- A Flint man is charged with leading a sheriff's deputy on a drunken police chase Sunday while his two children were in the car.
Shawn Buterakos is charged with fleeing and eluding, and operating under the influence of liquor with an occupant under the age of sixteen.
He could face up to five years in prison.
Buterakos fled after being found asleep behind the wheel in a parking lot.
