FLINT -- Two separate shootings reportedly took place on the same street in Flint Thursday night, leaving one person dead.

Police were called to the scene around 8 p.m. Thursday to an apartment complex on the 2000 block of South Averill Avenue near Lippincott on the south side of Flint.

MLive reported that the victim, Denzel Webster, 18, died at Hurley Medical Center and no suspects are in custody.

Police were later called to another shooting on the same street where the victim was reportedly shot in the face with a pellet gun.
