Several businesses in Michigan are bidding to redevelop the Old Fire Hall in downtown Fenton.

FENTON -- Fenton's Old Fire Hall may soon have a new tenant.

The city's downtown development authority announced it received letters of interest from four parties who want to redevelop the Old Fire Hall.

An earlier plan to turn it into a brew pub fell through.

The bids are from business in Clarkston, Ann Arbor, Royal Oak and Milford.
