FLINT -- It's said to be the largest solar-powered Christmas tree in the midwest, and it's ready to light up downtown Flint this Friday.

The Genesee Regional Young Professionals -- a committee of the regional chamber of commerce -- will host the lighting ceremony for the nearly 28-foot-tall Colorado Blue Spruce on the corner of Second and South Saginaw Streets at 7 p.m as part of the Flint Art Walk.
