BUENA VISTA TOWNSHIP -- There are 4 people charged in what investigators are calling an illegal gambling ring in Buena Vista Township.
Police say Glen Dowdy, Randy Cooper, Flora Jean Robinson, and Saul Rincher were arraigned this morning.
Investigators believe the ring was operated in a home on the 4000 block of Morris.
People were placing bets on the Michigan Lottery without buying an actual ticket according to authorities.
