BAY CITY -- A Bay City man charged with molesting a teenage girl for months is bound over to Bay County Circuit court.
Jason Histed waived his right to a preliminary hearing this morning.
Histed's case will now either go to trial, or he can plead guilty or enter a no contest plea.
No trial dates have been set.
