SAGINAW -- A Saginaw business is raising money this Memorial Day weekend to help wounded Vassar soldier, Staff Sgt. Travis Mills.

Abele Greenhouse is holding "Operation Travis" for Mills, who lost his limbs in Afghanistan April 10.  The garden store is selling t-shirts for $15 and accepting donations to help the Mills family.

"His treatment for his medical care have been covered by the VA, but of course they have a lot of travel costs, things like that they have to incur on their own.  So if there's any way that we can support him, we'd be more than happy to,” manager Matthew Bouvy said.

The fundraiser at Abele (3500 Wadsworth Road) will continue tomorrow and Monday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
