Guilty pleas reduced the charges

BAY COUNTY -- Two of three people from Saginaw accused of passing counterfeit money in Bay County have pleaded guilty to felonies, but likely won't face prison time.

Scottie Bradshaw Junion and girlfriend Danita Huggard pleased guilty to one count of attempted uttering and publishing.

In exchange, prosecutors agreed to dismiss two counts of uttering and publishing and two counts of possession of fewer than five counterfeit notes.
