Aquil (pronounced ah-KEEL), says studies show the people who treat people with respect are a team player and use courtesy, are promoted faster and farther than those who don't. She told NBC 25 Today workers need to respect their co-workers. If you can't stand somebody, keep it to yourself. She says we all need to become more charming, and memorable.
