(AP) -- DETROIT - Ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick reports to the Wayne County jail Tuesday, and Sheriff Warren Evans says the former official won't mix with other inmates. Other than that, Evans says Kilpatrick will be treated as a normal prisoner. Kilpatrick faces a 120-day sentence for lying on the witness stand in a civil trial involving former police officers.

He'll spend 23 hours a day in the cell, with one hour out for recreation. The cell is 15 feet by 10 feet with a toilet and shower. There's no television, but the jail will accept a donated one. Kilpatrick will be billed for his stay at $60 a day. With good behavior, he could get 20 days cut off his sentence.
