GRAND BLANC TWP -- Police have stated a Semi Truck has tipped over on the Northbound ramp on US 23.
Reports state that the truck went over a guard rail and crashed into a ditch. Police also state that between 70 and 100 gallons of Diesel fuel are leaking onto the road.
The condition of the driver is not yet know.
