SAGINAW (AP) -- A Saginaw man accused of missing child support payments suffered a heart attack right after he was arraigned on the charge by a district court judge.

The 44-year-old Saginaw man fell over moments after he was arraigned Tuesday via a televised monitor between the court and the jail. The Saginaw News reports the man had no pulse and was not breathing.

He was revived by corrections officers, a state trooper and the Saginaw County sheriff's department medical team. He was breathing on his own by the time a medical response team arrived.

His condition stabilized, and he was taken to an area hospital.

His name was not released pending notification of his family.
