WYOMING, MI (AP) -- A high school basketball game in western Michigan was halted following a fight between spectators that led to the use of pepper spray by school security guards and an evacuation.

The Grand Rapids Press reports one person was arrested and at least six were treated for breathing difficulties after the fight at Thursday's game between Godwin Heights high school at Lee High School in Wyoming.

Officials at the Grand Rapids-area school say the two men involved in the fight had no ties to either school. The newspaper says a dispute began in the stands, and the fight took place in a nearby hallway.

An estimated 200 people were in the stands at the time.

The game was stopped with 9.9 seconds left and Godwin Heights leading 71-68. It will be finished later.
