Circuit City is liquidating all of its stores.  The Nation's second largest consumer electronics retailer was up for sale for the past week, but with no buyer.

All 567 stores nation wide will close.

The 35,000 employees were notified Friday morning that they would lose their jobs.  Stores will begin the closing process as early as Saturday morning.

If you have a Circuit City warranty, you don't have to worry. Circuit City covers all their warranties through a company called Assurant.

Assurant will continue to cover warranties on electronics until the warranties expire.

To contact assurant for any warranty issues, call 1-800-555-4615.
