Michigan has a second suspected case of swine flu. The Michigan Department of Community Health said Tuesday it is concerned an Ottawa County woman has a "probable" case of the flu strain that has killed more than 100 people in Mexico but none in the U.S.

Today Dr. Bobby was in to answer all of our questions. First of all, Dr. Bobby says flu is a virus like a common cold and it spreads very easy. The Swine Flu has now spread across at least six states and six countries and officials fear that swine flu or what the CDC terms H1-N1could spread even more.

Dr. Bobby says the H1-N1 virus is not new and people have been exposed to it for years. The CDC is all over this and the Genesee County Health Dept. sent out alerts to physicans to tell them what to look for. Dr. Bobby says the best way to avoid the swine flu is to wash hands and minimize person to person contact especially in public places.

Today the CDC reports swine flu has take then life of a 23-month old child in Texas, It is the first swine flu death in the U.S. So far.
