A popular cell phone is now under a voluntary recall. Samsung is recalling about 160,000 "Jitterbug" cell phones.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the phones might fail to connect to 911 when they are out of range. That's not only dangerous, it's also a violation of FCC rules.
The recalled phones have been seen in national magazine and TV ads. No other Samsung phones are part of the recall.
