ISABELLA CO. -- A man is behind bars for allegedly abusing and attempting to murder an 8 month old baby girl. An Isabella county woman reports she noticed severe bruising on her baby girl when she arrived home around 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. The woman took the child to Central Michigan Community Hospital.
The woman questioned her husband about the injuries. She did not believe his response and reported him to the authorities.
The man is currently at the Isabella County jail while the investigation continues. Authorities are requesting a warrant for "Attempted Murder" against the man.
