SAGINAW -- Additional officers will be hired at the Saginaw Police Department. Saginaw is one of 253 departments statewide that will receive federal stimulus dollars.
The department plans to hire 10 more police officers.
Saginaw was selected to receive the money because it qualified as a city with poor fiscal health and high level of crime.
