Traffic signal to be out in downtown Saginaw

An electric interruption has been scheduled for a traffic signal at East Genesee and North Jefferson in downtown Saginaw from 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, to 4 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4.

The interruption is needed for electrical upgrades.
