HURON COUNTY -- Huron County deputies were forced to use a taser after a man allegedly threatened to shoot his neighbors.

Casey and Tina Jahn were putting manure and lime on their field on Stoddard Rd when their neighbor came outside and began firing his shotgun on his property.  The neighbor, a 45 year old man, had previous incidents with the Jahns regarding the placement of the manure.  The man began shouting at the Jahns and pointed his gun at the couple.   The couple ran inside and called 911.

When deputies arrived, the man continued to fire his gun on his property.  Deputies attempted to arrest the man for felonious assault.  The man resisted and deputies used a taser to control him.

The suspect is currently lodged in the Huron County Jail.  His name is not yet being released.
