Semi overturns, catches fire on northbound US-23

Fire crews are on the scene of an overturned semi-truck accident on north-bound U.S. 23, just south of the rest area.

The cab of the truck is on fire, but the driver was able to get out. A nearby tree that was also hit is on fire.
