(AP) -- BAY CITY, Mich. (AP) - A new wind turbine is being dedicated in Bay City. A ceremony was planned for Tuesday at the Bay City Business Center. Office space at the facility is being leased by the state's departments of Environmental Quality and Energy, Labor and Economic Growth. Public tours of the turbine will be offered. Bingham Farms-based ProVisions LLC constructed the turbine, which is capable of supplying between 30 percent and 40 percent of the building's electricity.
