MIDLAND -- An elderly man is dead after being hit by a car. Midland Police say around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday a 75 year old man was crossing the intersection at Eastman Ave. and St. Andrews when he was struck by a car driven by a 36 year old Midland woman.
At the time of the call police said this was an minor injury accident, and the man was taken to the hospital. However the man died around 9:00 p.m. in the emergency room.
An autopsy will be performed to discover the exact cause of death.
