ROSEVILLE (AP) -- A Flint teen accused in the killing of a 21-year-old man and other crimes has been ordered to stand trial in a carjacking in Roseville.

Seventeen-year-old Ihab Maslamani appeared Monday in Roseville district court on charges of carjacking, having a firearm in a felony and possession of a stolen weapon in the Aug. 11 incident at a Wal-Mart store.

District Judge Catherine Steenland bound him over for trial. He'll appear Nov. 23 in Macomb County Circuit Court.

Maslamani already faced trial in a bank robbery. A third exam is set Thursday in the Aug. 9 abduction-slaying of Matthew Landry of Chesterfield Township.

The Detroit News says defense lawyers argued the carjacking victim was unable to identify Maslamani.
