SAGINAW -- Three suspects are in custody after a Sunday morning shooting.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. at the Lime Lite After Hours Club, 1215 E. Genesee. The victim arrived at St. Mary’s Hospital around the same time.
The victim is identified as 27 year old Stephon Deshawn Brandon. Brandon had been shot in the upper chest area and died if his wounds while in surgery at St. Mary's hospital.
Saginaw Police Detectives worked diligently along with the Saginaw Emergency Service Team (EST) executed a search warrant related to this case. A person of interest was taken into custody. In total three people have been lodged at the Saginaw County Jail. The case will be reviewed by the Saginaw Prosecutors Office today. Charges are pending.
