The Radio Shack at 4073 N. Euclid Ave. in Bay City was just robbed.
A black male, assumed to be in his early to mid-40s, stole a cell phone and left the building. He was last seen in the alley between the Kmart and Goodwill stores inside the shopping plaza.
The man is described as being 6-foot, 160 pounds, wearing blue jeans and a navy jacket.
