(AP) -- A man tells police he was lured to a home in Flint on the promise of buying a 60-inch TV, but was held at gunpoint, robbed and locked in the basement. The man told police that after entering the home Wednesday, the suspect emerged brandishing a rifle. He said the man demanded all his money and locked him in the basement.

The Flint Journal says the man escaped through a basement window, ran away and called 911. He said the suspect also took the keys to his vehicle and his cell phone.

No further details were released. An investigation is ongoing.
