FLINT -- The International Academy of Flint is making winter warmer for some children.
Friday was the school's annual "warm the children" luncheon. The Mid-Michigan community outreach team gathered food, boots, and clothing to help needy families in the Flint area schools this Christmas.
The food and clothing will be distributed to six school districts across Mid-Michigan before the kids head to Christmas break.
