35-year old male in custody
BURTON -- A Burton woman has been found dead in her home and police have her 35-year old son in custody in connection with her suspicious death.
The woman was found around 5:00p.m. Monday at her home in the 2400 block of Appletree in Burton, after police received a call from a concerned neighbor.
Police are not saying how the woman died, but they have arrested the woman's 35-year old son for homicide.
Police are awaiting autopsy results to determine the exact cause of death.
The woman's name is being withheld and until the family is notified.
