An area winter wonderland lights up the MidMichigan night.
From the gingerbread house to the life-size version, the Richfield Township house is covered in holiday cheer.
The cost is not as high as you might expect.
Homeowner Ryan Seidell says, "It's not as bad as everyone thinks. When we keep them on we turn them on at six o'clock. We turn them off at nine. They're on three hours a night when we're home. Our bill only goes up $30 or $40 a month."
Prep work for this winter wonderland starts right after Thanksgiving.
The owner says it's all worth it in the end.
"There's quite a few people stopped in front of the house to take pictures. They come up to the door once in a while just to say they appreciate what we do. It kind of makes you feel good."
The lights are until Christmas Day.
The house is on M-15 just south of Coldwater Road.
