(AP) -- Two people are dead because of a snowmobile crash in Western Michigan's Kent County.
39-year-old William Hatchett Junior and his passenger, 19-year-old Kristin Louise Stowie were both thrown from the sled and hit a tree around 2:30 Sunday morning.
They died at the scene.
Authorities believe alcohol was involved.
