A new residence hall in Flint is already getting a makeover.
The Riverfront Residence Hall which opened in downtown Flint in September will soon undergo further transformation thanks to a $7-million-dollar repayable grant to the foundation.
The funds will be used to increase bed capacity from nearly 250 to just under 600
The project is expected to be completed by the fall.
