Sunday was the 11th Annual Chocolate Lovers Benefit for Saginaw's Underground Railroad. It's a group dedicated to preventing and helping victims of domestic violence.
A $10 ticket got people into Horizons Conference Center for the event which included free samples.
Organizers say, it's a way to indulge in sweets and help a worthy cause.
Valerie Hoffman, the Underground Railroad CEO, says "It allows us an opportunity to reach out to people we wouldn't normally know and show them the Underground Railroad and have a good time at the same time. It's a good friend-raiser along with a fundraiser."
The event is expected to raise around $12,000.
