Steven Neil of Genesee County will be in court on Friday to face charges of embezzling more than $1-million from a 73-year-old.
His wife, Andrea Neil, was charged with elder abuse and embezzlement in December.
Sheriff Robert Pickell says the 30-year-olds were paid $2,200 a week to provide care and mow the lawn for Dr. Dorothy Mulkey of Flushing, but instead they stole money while Andrea Neil was employed as a caretaker.
