DELTA COLLEGE -- Vice President Joe Biden will be in the Saginaw Valley Tuesday. He will speak at Delta College about small business development and job creation with funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also known as the stimulus package.
White House officials said the Vice President will address jobs that have been created in the Saginaw-area , funded by the stimulus. He will be joined by Small Business Administration head Karen Mills and US Senator Carl Levin. NBC25 will be there.
