A local entertainer is fighting to end domestic violence.
Country singer Walt Evans entertained guest Sunday afternoon at a benefit concert singing some of the greatest hits of country music including Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty and Jim Reeves.
Today's purpose it to raise funds for the underground rail road in Saginaw County, most of it is to get awareness out to people, were trying to get into the schools and talk to the young people because that is where it starts," Evans said.
