BIRCH RUN TWP. -- Two men have been arraigned for leading police on a high speed chase Monday night.
Investigators say the chase started in Birch Run Township in Saginaw County when police tried to pull Shemeris and Larry Johnshon.
The pair took off and led authorities on a high speed chase that ended at Vienna Road and I-75 in Vienna Township in northern Genesee County.
Both suspects jumped out of the car and took off on foot but police were able to catch both suspects and arrest them.
Several law enforcement agencies were called in during all the commotion including the Genesee County Sheriff's Department, Michigan State Troopers, Clio, Mt. Morris Twp., and Birch Run Police Departments.
