CORUNNA -- The jury has found Harlan Drake guilty in the murder of James Pouillon and Michael Fouss.

On September 11, 2009, Drake shot and killed the abortion avtivist and business owner.

The trial began March 1, 2010. The defense attempted an insanity plea, but the prosecution attempted to prove the murders were thought out and rationalized.

Thursday, the jury found Harlan Drake guilty on the charges of first degree murder for both James Pouillon and Michael Fouss.  He was also found guilty on a count of weapons felony firearm, and a count of carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent.
