FLINT -- The 2010 Spring Home and Garden Show kicked off Friday night at Perani Arena. It's sponsored by the Building Industry Association of Southwestern Michigan.
The event showcases home improvement specialists that are available to help homeowners make upgrades to thier home. Organizers say people can learn about everything from making their home energy efficient to getting landscaping tips.
The event hours are Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.
Tickets are $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and kids 12 and under get in free.
