A Bay City man is behind bars for allegedly driving his car over a man he had a fight with.
Bay City Police report the incident happen Wednesday night after the 30- year old suspect and another man were thrown out of Bailey's Bar located in the 300 block of Salzburg Avenue for fighting.
Investigators say the suspect crashed into the 43-year old victim's car. When the victim got out of the car the suspect attempted to run over the vhim but he dove out of the way. However, it was not fast enough, the car ran over his leg.
The suspect was arrested Thursday and is being in the Bay County Jail on assault charges.
