HARRISON -- The Clare County Sheriff's Department is looking for a man who stole scrap metal from Mid-Michigan Community College in Harrison Wednesday.
A K9 unit tracked down a 16 year old girl. She has been arrested, but deputies are searching for 23 year old man also believed to be involved.
